The doors on the British Ceramics Biennial may have closed for another year, but we are still rejoicing in the successful exhibitions which were showcased from the 23rd September to the 5th November.
The British Ceramics Biennial is an event that takes place every two years to celebrate and showcase contemporary ceramics from across the world. Stoke-on-Trent is a fitting location for the Biennial as the Potteries is known as the heart and home of British ceramics. With Stoke-on-Trent shortlisted for being named City of Culture 2021, the Biennial is a perfect example of the ambition and creativity that is poured into our ceramic products and culture.
And Wade Ceramics did not hold back on the donations for the exhibition. We supplied the BCB with a range of flagons that showcase innovative design and manufacture. Such products included our award winning Forest Gin and McQueen Gin bottles, our copper lustre reed diffuser and sample perfume bottles.
We were proud to contribute our crafts to the Biennial. With Stoke-on-Trent being home to Wade Ceramics, we are always honoured to showcase the talented craftsmanship that is harboured in our city. Founded in 1810, we incorporate over 200 years of traditional history into our contemporary crafts to give customers a durable article that is worth cherishing.
