The company invests in external Management Development Days on a quarterly basis covering all aspects of business, providing key information on practical and behavioural theories to help them thrive in their work roles.
We set aside time for members of the production team to take part in training schemes, with staff currently completing assessments to enable them to do the NVQ Performing Manufacturing Operations (PMO).
It’s great to see some colleagues also enrolling with Winning Leaders ILM 5 & 7, striving to achieve industry-recognised leadership and management qualifications.
